Jr High Ministry

OMG!!! Kayaking was soooo much fun!!!! Did anyone else besides me get burned??? Im not pink or sunburned….. IM RED AND FRIED!!!! My legs were in the sun with no sunscreen what so ever straight for 2 whole hours!!!!  I seriously think I have a 2nd degree burn! Like its not even funny. I can barley walk!!!!  I want to die thats how bad it hurts! Pray for me please I am in serious pain.  AHHHHH!!! IT BURNS THE FLESH IT BURNS!!!! he he. No really kids.   Learn from me. Honestly and truly sunscreen does help prevent extreem pain. But other than that and the fact that people got lost, and stuck, and we had to paddle like no other, and we almost got our boats tipped in the water, and almost ran into 5 moving boats (breathe), it was ALOT of fun! yep… You who didn’t go should go next time!!! Just you fair skinned children NEED to put on sunsceen ok. Or you will suffer the conseqences! Because I’m REALLY suffering soooo much here!  See ya!

Guys we will be meeting in the Gym from 6 - 9. Bring some athletic-wear, as we will be playing sports. Girls you guys are going to be taking a special trip to Downtown Disney! You have to make sure you sign up because there is only room for 10 girls! You will meet at our house at 6 and will return to the church by 10. See ya there!

Nickel Nickel!!! If you have never been to Nickel Nickel you are in for a surprise! It is a Nickel arcade. Some games are 5 cents the bigger games are 25 cents! We are going Friday at 5:30! We will be back by 9. There is a Carl’s Jr and a Ruby’s right next door where you can eat dinner. Bring your game faces cause it’s on!

You know technically it is still Winter. That’s why we were able to get away with calling it “Winter Camp”. I just hope there is still snow up there. This years camp is $100 there is a $25 deposit needed to sign up. You will also need to fill out a new Medical Release form since we just started a new year! We are planning to leave at 1 o’clock and should be back Sunday  the 24th by 3 o’clock. Here is Green Valley’s website:

Hmmmmm, hamburgers! Ok I know it has been a while since we have had a D-Group, but this one is going to be a winner! IN-N-OUT, games, gym, I can’t wait! We will be leaving at 1pm right after second service on Sunday and should be done by 4 o’clock. Make sure to ask your parents for lunch money and be ready for the ON_N_OUT Challenge!!! If you went to summer camp you know what that means. Maybe someone can leave a comment describing it! I will give you a hint “Prov 3 5″

Our Jr High service this evening will be in the Main with the adults. We will have Communion with everyone and an awesome time of worship! Make sure you come and if you see one of us, come and hang out before and after the service. Usually Pastor Jeff will give an update on Prophecy and it is awesome to see where we are in light of recent news. Don’t miss it!
