If you desire to attend Calvary Chapel Bible College-Downey Affiliate, you should submit an application for admission. If you are planning to attend for the purpose of earning a degree, three personal references will be required (forms-provided by the Bible College).
You can register on-line by selecting the “Student Application” tab on this website and completing the on-line application.
Admission decisions are made by our Admissions Review Board on the basis of the following:
1. Spiritual Maturity: Information contained in the application, including the student’s personal profile sketch, spiritual life profile, and statement of faith.
2. Personal Recommendations: Recommendations from three sources, one of which should be a pastor.
3. Academic Preparedness: Evidence of completion of high school, a G.E.D. program, or California High School Proficiency exam. (The Certificate of Completion program is intended for the non high school graduate.)
Once all of the application materials have been received, the student usually receives a decision within seven to ten days. Because of the time required to process an application, we request that students submit their applications no later than ten working days prior to registration.
