A grade point average of 2.0 must be maintained in order to attend Calvary Chapel Bible College. If a student’s cumulative GPA drops below 2.0, the student will be placed on academic probation and will have one semester to bring the GPA up to 2.0. If the student is not able to bring the GPA up within one semester, he or she will be asked to move from the degree seeking program to the Certificate of Completion program. Any student may complete the Certificate of Completion regardless of GPA.
Students must earn a grade of “C-” or better in all required courses. Grades of “D+” or lower will not be considered a passing grade for any required course; thus, the course will need to be repeated. “F” is a failing grade. Any course grade received below a “C-” cannot be applied toward a degree or certificate.
